Founded in 2015 by luxury brand expert, Kate O’Shea, The Wedding Series is a premium wedding platform offering a bespoke event service, unique editorial content creation and wedding focused brand partnerships.
The Wedding Series came to us needing a strategic and cohesive solution to managing their vast amounts of digital content. With so many stunning images and beautiful stories to share, they needed a way to sync the distribution to allow a seamless delivery experience for their growing online audience.
STRATEGY
Define a clear, purposeful content strategy and corresponding activity calendar to sort and streamline image delivery across The Wedding Series website, social media platforms and email campaigns.
Build a rhythm of distribution and cadence consistency by assigning dedicated team members to key components of the plan.
Establish an open channel of two-way communication via a central content depository.
RESULTS
Two defined target audience groups to distinguish communication direction, three focus platforms, a defined look & feel as well as five rolling content themes to flow across each of the co-ordinated delivery channels; website, social and email marketing.
A specific weekly distribution plan with scheduled days for web, social and email updates, managed by our Copy & Content Co-Ordinator in collaboration with our Creative Co-Ordinator who produced beautiful new templates for all channels and uploaded website content to 10K+ unique visitors each month.
A systemised content input and output process. This allowed for advanced scheduling and image, copy & credit co-ordination across website, social and email delivery.
