Adixions is a purveyor of artisan chocolate offering an exceptional culinary experience that celebrates the joy of indulgence. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, founder Vicki Papazaharias is passionate about chocolate and seeks to share this love through the creation of fine cakes, sweets and desserts of all kinds. 

Adixions came to us wanting to re-focus the brand direction and create a clear path for future growth. Restructuring the brand operating system was a priority to allow for organised revenue streams. Then elevating the digital experience of Adixions would communicate the new business direction and retail offering to customers.

STRATEGY

  • Create a new product hierarchy that redirects attention and awareness to be "chocolate first".

  • Initiate a new retail matrix consisting of four key revenue pillars.

  • Up-level the brand’s visual content with a series of styled photoshoots.

  • Update the existing Adixions website to create a modern brand experience that is visually seductive.

  • Optimise the Adixions social media presence to allow a seamless digital experience of the brand.

  • Position Adixions owner Vicki as a chocolate expert through targeted media partnerships.

  • A fresh new brand summary, positioning statement and definition which supports a product structure that carries a new "always on" signature range and smart injections of newness.
